Grab a sheet of paper.
Write on the paper a habit or a belief you have that you would like to change, something that is no longer serving you.
What would it feel like if this habit or belief were no longer a part of your life? How would your life change?
Think about this before you begin this meditation.
Diving deep into your mind, release and let go of the old habit, belief or pattern that no longer serves you, give it to the flames and create from a new space of peace, healing and transformation.
Pay attention to the colours and guidance given.
Allow the answers to come.
