New Year Reset…043

Happy New Year to you all.

It’s now 2017 and we are entering the new universal cycle of a one year.

From a numerological standpoint, 2017, when you add the numbers up:

2 + 0 + 1 + 7 = 10

and that is brought down to: 1 + 0 = 1

ONE is a number of beginning, and 2017 is asking us all to start something brand new, something that expresses our uniqueness, that uses our leadership abilities and opens us to new perspectives. Knowing 2017 as a One year this is a time to think and act independently, to put our leadership abilities and unique talents to use to assist the greater good for the world, by starting with you. Practice cooperating without losing your individuality.

The number one is the director of activities and events and a number about beginnings and new initiatives of all kinds. One symbolises leadership and can get a lot done. However, on the other side and this is because there are opposing polarities in everything we do, the number one energy can be aggressive, cruel and even violent due to its pointed, narrow focus and approach. Working on understanding these basic vibrational differences can help you to manifest the positive attributes and recognize and overcome the negative.

In this meditation we are connecting with our selves on a deep level because everything we want to create in our life starts with us. In order to utilise this One year to it’s potential we need to have our minds focused in the right places. Training our mind to see the opportunities and outcast the unfavourable is a fantastic place to start. We are the change, our mindset is the beginning of this journey.

Today our journey  takes us into the Heart Chakra and connect with our ability to love ourselves unconditionally. Releasing anything that is preventing that connection and finding forgiveness. We set the intention to be kind to our selves with our thought and deed beginning now.

We then step into our Third Eye Chakra and connect with our ability to hear and feel the inner guidance that is ever present within. Releasing any blockages that prevent or dull this connection, then filling us with light we set the intention to connect with our inner wisdom and trust ourselves. Make a decliration, “I welcome my connection to my guides and my higher self.”

Then we rise up into our Crown Chakra, strengthening our connection to the universal energy and our ability to create with the power of all our Chakras balanced and open. Feel and accept our connection to everyone on Earth through all space and time. Connecting to the feeling of abundance and appreciation for all that we have and all that we are. Solidifying our intention to find gratitude in all that comes across our path and remaining open to all the universe brings our way and using these opportunities to know abundance in our lives.

You have the power to change your life and create happiness every second of every day. Follow the better feeling as it leads you from darkness into light. The journey may be longer for some than others but it is about the journey not the destination. Your ability to enjoy the journey is a mindset decision. In the words of Dr. Wayne Dyer “Change your THOUGHTS and change your LIFE” or Louise Hay “Change your MIND change your LIFE”.

It really is that simple. As you change your thoughts you then have to change your actions and then these actions have a flow on affect to the world around you.

Its the ripple.
