Today’s meditation will guide you through this process. As we integrate the vibration of Frankincense we drop into a relaxing peaceful space, where we let go of tension, pressure and worry. Allowing our bodies to communicate with us on our journey to transformation.

Creating a cocoon that allows your body to relax even deeper you are wrapped by the clouds, you feel comfortable, safe and protected.

Become the observer of your mind chatter and release yourself from their constant bombardment.

Emerge as the butterfly as you transcend the mind chatter.

Meditation Duration is approx. 20 mins
