A time to release, a time to let go.
Are you ready to bring a child like anticipation into your life?
Today we journey into a symbol, on the way to a well and release the past. Feel your way through this one and let your mind go. You are able to be the observer and see the messages coming through to you in the form of imagery, feeling, knowing, smell, sound and light.
If you allow yourself to drop below the mind chatter and look at it from within you will notice that you are not your thoughts. You are observing your thoughts. So throughout these meditations I encourage you to watch these thoughts and look for the first information that comes through. If you find yourself saying “I want to see a wolf rather than a rabbit” Or “I know she is saying I am supposed to be seeing a bucket but I am seeing a crystal” Don’t spend time trying to change it. Just accept what is and continue on the journey.
It is really useful to look up the animals and or colours that come through during the meditation after you have finished, this can give you insight into the deeper meaning that is being conveyed to you.
