Connect with the sacred feminine…051

As a woman of today we can find it difficult at times to accept ourselves and we are our own worst critics.

We have inherited from our ancestors the heavy burdens and beliefs of our past where woman were persecuted and stripped of their power. We carry the hurt for many within our Sacral Chakras. When we heal the hurt we not only heal our own hurt we heal the ancestors along with us and our future generations from the task of continuing to shoulder the aftermath.

We live in a new age where the feminine energy has an opportunity to thrive. We are emerging from the darkness and entering the light. The ways of the feminine are filtering through and re-entering our daily life once more.

During this meditation we honour the sacred feminine energy and release the layers that have been weighing heavily on our energy. As you relax and allow this beautiful energy to surround you feel the shift that occurs.

Meditation Duration is approx. 20 mins
