It is of great importance to release any emotions that arise. Our body only has one way of communicating with us and that is through emotions and feelings. To ensure you continue to hear the whispers and attend to them early, releasing emotions as they come up ensures they do not become shouts and evolve into symptoms of illness.
In todays meditation we will take a short journey on to a beautiful beach where you will be guided to feel the emotions that are coming up for you on this day and release their hold on you.
